Samantha is primarily responsible for researching and identifying investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and monitoring West Coast investments. She joined Lighthouse in December 2002 as a Senior Accountant and was then promoted to Investment Analyst in July 2004. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Samantha spent three years in public accounting as a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

While at Lighthouse, Samantha has been involved with the firm's investments in USGI Medical, ForteBio, NovaCardia, Cierra Medical, Cell Biosciences, Six Apart, and MetricStream.

Samantha holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon and is a C.P.A. in the State of California.
