Mike is responsible for the overall financial and accounting operations, investor reporting, cash management, and lease portfolio management for all the Lighthouse entities. Mike has over 15 years of prior work experience in the leasing industry.

Mike joined Lighthouse in July 2002. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Mike was the Assistant Controller for QuantumShift Communications, Inc. and Partnership Controller for Phoenix Leasing, Inc. Mike holds a BS degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from San Francisco State University and has passed the California CPA Exam.

Nancy is responsible for the accuracy, maintenance and reporting of the general ledger, lease accounting and investor databases. In addition, Nancy is responsible for generating various financial statements, reporting to outside lenders and investors and coordinating year-end audits and tax reporting.

Nancy joined Lighthouse in June 2000. Prior to Lighthouse, Nancy was the Accounting Manager in charge of Partner Accounting, Payroll and Pensions for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and a Consultant for Accounting Solutions. Nancy has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. She is a CPA (currently inactive) with the State of California.

Kathy is primarily responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as the preparation of financial statements and various tax reports.

Kathy joined Lighthouse in 1999. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Kathy worked in public accounting as both a tax accountant and an auditor. Kathy earned her BS degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from San Francisco State University.

Susan is primarily responsible for accounts receivable, entering loan data, capital calls and distributions. Susan is also involved in the preparation of financial statements, processing property taxes and assisting customers with invoicing questions.

Susan joined Lighthouse in 2001. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Susan worked for Autodesk, Pixar Animation Studios and spent ten years at Certified Personnel in San Francisco. Susan has worked in the accounting field for over 23 years.
