Tom joined Lighthouse in January 1995 and has been primarily responsible for overseeing all operational activities at the firm including systems development, overseeing the negotiation, documentation, implementation, and compliance of the firm's investments. In addition, in mid 1998 Tom's responsibilities were expanded to include investment due diligence, portfolio company monitoring and restructuring and workout efforts. Mr. Conneely has also been active in sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments for Lighthouse including the firm's investments in RedEnvelope.com, Omneon Video Networks, Guru.com, and Gigabit Wireless. Tom has over 15 years of experience in the leasing and lending industry. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Tom held various positions at GE Capital, Ally Capital, and Unicom Computer Corporation.
